Gilles Bernard
has worked as development engineer from 1983 to 1988. From 1988 to 1993 he was technical manager with Thomson. From 1993 to 1995 he was quality control manager with SM2E SA and in September 1995 was appointed plant manager of EPIQ SARL. Since January 2003 he is CEO of Epiq. Mr. Bernard is also manager of electronic systems for Automotive BU, and since January 2003 Joint CEO/COO.

Yves Duchatelet
works in the Elex group since may 2002 in several finance assignments.
Was finance manager from 1981 to 1986 at Pioneer Electronics Manufacturing - treasury manager at Janssen International the Coördination Center of the J&J-group from 1986 to 1996 – finance director of Baan Belgium from 1997 to 2001.
Mr. Yves Duchatelet has a degree in Applied Economics. Since January 2006 he is CFO of Epiq.
